properties need to be distinctive enough in a post COVID world. With the evolving market
situation, marketers need to help our business stay relevant.
The objective:
Based on your understanding of the current and future market situation post Covid-19,
you are required to synthesize the feedback received from the instructor and further
define the positioning statement and mantra of your hotel brand/property. To prepare a
marketing plan, you are required to set your marketing objectives for year 2022, develop
creative and feasible marketing strategies with 4P elements, and propose measurement
